Photo – Pro Tip: If you manufacture things, the medical equipment market needs a lower cost option! Case Study: I needed a bolt and special nut for the seat folding bracket on my wheelchair. The nut is discontinued, have to buy a hinge kit. The kit you see below is $340 from a medical supplier. $340 for two laser cut and anodized aluminum brackets and screws. Anyone familiar with manufacturing knows this kit costs roughly $7 to put together. I found it on eBay for $45. There has to be someone out there with some CNC tools who can undercut every single equipment manufacturer.

Anyone who points to rate increases to say Obamacare isn’t working, never comparison shopped for health insurance. My exchange plan is going up almost $300/month next year. Equivalent non-exchange plan? Add another $100. Tell me again why you hate saving money? Thanks, Obama!

I’ve been on Facebook for a while now, looking up images for work and specifically avoiding my own feed. I just decided a few minutes ago to check my feed. I now regret that decision. Stay strong, everybody. Now it’s over. We can move on to bigger and better things, like the wall around my house. Whoever helps can camp inside for free!* *Must love dogs.
