The nut is discontinued, have to buy a hinge kit. The kit you see below is $340 from a medical supplier. $340 for two laser cut and anodized aluminum brackets and screws. Anyone familiar with manufacturing knows this kit costs roughly $7 to put together. I found it on eBay for $45. There has to be someone out there with some CNC tools who can undercut every single equipment manufacturer.
